Made with just 3 ingredients and in 10 minutes, golden, crispy crostini are the perfect base for appetizers. Great for party canapes, for a light meal with soup or salad, or as a quick snack!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easier clean up.
Slice the baguette on the diagonal into 1/2" thick slices.
Place the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and brush both sides of each bread with olive oil.
Bake for 9-10 minutes, until crisp and golden brown, at 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sprinkle with sea salt and serve on a platter with any dip or toppings of your choice. Enjoy!

Notes
Slice the bread on the diagonal if you want larger slices. Cut the bread straight for smaller toasts.
Crostini can be served warm or at room temperature.
Store the cooled crostini in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
You can also grill crostini. Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil and place directly on a hot grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
